How much does a dumpster rental cost?

A 15-yard dumpster is $675 with 1.5 tons of weight included. A 20-yard is $775 with 2 tons included. Both are flat rates that cover delivery, pickup, and a 7-day rental. If your load comes in over the included weight, the extra is billed at $250 per ton, prorated to the actual extra weight. Extra days are $10 per day for a 15-yard and $15 per day for a 20-yard, and special-item fees are listed on our sizes page, so you know every possible charge up front.

What size dumpster do I need?

For a single-room remodel, a garage or basement cleanout, or a roof, the 15-yard usually does it. Whole-house cleanouts, multi-room renovations, and construction debris are better served by the 20-yard. If you are on the fence, go with the 20. It is only $100 more, and a second haul costs far more than a little empty space.

How long can I keep the dumpster?

Every rental includes 7 days, and most customers finish well within it. If you need more time, let us know before the scheduled pickup. Extra days are $10 per day for a 15-yard and $15 per day for a 20-yard, subject to availability.

Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?

No. As long as we have clear placement instructions and the spot is accessible, we will deliver and pick up whether or not you are there. We will text or call to confirm the day before.

Can you put the dumpster on the street?

Sometimes. Many New Hampshire towns require a permit for street placement. Getting any required permit is the customer's responsibility, but if your driveway will not work, tell us when you request a quote and we will point you in the right direction.

Will the dumpster damage my driveway or lawn?

We take precautions to avoid disturbing the ground and surfaces where we place your dumpster, and we will recommend protective measures, such as boards, based on your site. Keep in mind that a loaded truck and dumpster are heavy and can mark or damage pavement, lawns, and other surfaces, so you choose and approve the placement spot. Tell us about pavers, newer asphalt, septic systems, or anything underground before delivery so we can plan around it. If a spot looks unsafe, our driver may suggest a different one.

What can I not put in the dumpster?

Hazardous materials, asbestos, fuels and automotive fluids, wet paint and chemicals, batteries (especially lithium-ion), fluorescent bulbs, and liquids are never allowed. Tires, mattresses, propane tanks, appliances, electronics, TVs, and large furniture can go in only with approval before you load them, for a per-item fee. See the full list and fees on our sizes page. If you are not sure about an item, ask before you load it.

What happens if I go over the included weight?

Every dumpster is weighed at the transfer station. The 15-yard includes 1.5 tons and the 20-yard includes 2 tons. Anything over that is billed at $250 per ton, prorated to the actual extra weight. Heavy materials like shingles, concrete, dirt, and plaster add up fast, so tell us what you are loading and we will help you stay under the limit.

How full can I load it?

Level with the top rail. Nothing can stick up above the rim, because we have to tarp the load to drive it legally. Overfilled dumpsters may need to be partially unloaded before we can haul them.

How do I pay?

Requesting a quote is free. When you approve your quote, the rental price is due at booking, paid by card. The card you provide is kept on file for any additional charges under our rental terms, such as weight overages, extra days, or special items, and we will let you know before charging it.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery and you get a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery have a $100 cancellation fee, and we refund the rest. If our truck arrives and cannot complete delivery because of conditions on your end, such as blocked access, the $250 dry-run charge in our rental terms applies instead.

Where do you deliver?

We serve the Greater Concord area and the Lakes Region around Winnipesaukee, and we also deliver to Greater Manchester and southern New Hampshire. See the service area page for the full town list, or just ask.
